RSA 263:75 Appeal; Administrative License Suspension.

Title: XXI - MOTOR VEHICLES Chapter: 263 - DRIVERS' LICENSES

I. If the suspension is sustained after a hearing as provided in RSA 265:91-b, a person shall have the right to file a petition in the superior court in the county in which he was arrested to review the final order by the director or his authorized agent within 30 days of the date of the final order. Jurisdiction to hear such appeals is vested in the superior court.
II. At the earliest practical time, the court shall review the record as developed before the director or authorized agent, together with any written legal argument presented to the court. Based on that review, the court may affirm or reverse the decision of the director or agent or order that oral argument be held.
