RSA 263:78 Licensing Authority.

Title: XXI - MOTOR VEHICLES Chapter: 263 - DRIVERS' LICENSES

I. As used in the compact, the term "licensing authority", with reference to this state, shall mean the division of motor vehicles of the department of safety. The division of motor vehicles shall furnish to the appropriate authorities of any other party state any information or documents reasonably necessary to facilitate the administration of articles III, IV, and V of the compact, except as otherwise prohibited by law.
II. When discharging his or her duties under article IV of the compact, the director, or designee, as head of the licensing authority of this state, is authorized to impose the suspensions, revocations, or other limitations upon the driver's licenses of New Hampshire residents convicted of offenses identified in article IV, as if such conduct had occurred in
