RSA 265:26-a Driving Upon Sidewalk.

Title: XXI - MOTOR VEHICLES Chapter: 265 - RULES OF THE ROAD
No person shall drive any vehicle upon a sidewalk or sidewalk area except when a permanent or authorized temporary driveway crosses the sidewalk area.
