Title: XXII - NAVIGATION; HARBORS; COAST SURVEY Chapter: 270-B - ABANDONED BOATS
The owner of the boat may redeem the boat within 90 days of its removal by payment of the fees and release of the lien identified in RSA 270-B:3.
