Title: XXII - NAVIGATION; HARBORS; COAST SURVEYChapter: 270-D - BOATING AND WATER SAFETY ON NEW HAMPSHIRE PUBLIC WATERS
A person who is licensed by the state of New Hampshire or the United States Coast Guard to operate a commercial vessel shall be exempt from the requirements of this subdivision.
