RSA 270-D:9 Penalties.

Title: XXII - NAVIGATION; HARBORS; COAST SURVEY Chapter: 270-D - BOATING AND WATER SAFETY ON NEW HAMPSHIRE PUBLIC WATERS
Any person who violates any provisions of this chapter or any rule adopted under RSA 270-D:8 shall be guilty of a violation.
