RSA 275:38 Enforcement.

Title: XXIII - LABOR Chapter: 275 - PROTECTIVE LEGISLATION
The labor commissioner shall have the power and it shall be his or her duty to enforce the provisions of this subdivision through appropriate actions in response to complaints.
