RSA 282-A:128 Advisory Council.

There is hereby created within the unemployment compensation bureau an advisory council on unemployment compensation, hereinafter called the advisory council. The advisory council shall consist of 9 members to be appointed, with the exception of the legislative members, by the governor with the consent and advice of the governor's council.
