RSA 287-D:18 Equipment; Ownership.

Title: XXIV - GAMES, AMUSEMENTS, AND ATHLETIC EXHIBITIONS Chapter: 287-D - GAMES OF CHANCE

If a charitable organization operates games of chance itself, such games of chance shall be conducted with equipment that is:
I. Owned absolutely; or
II. Used without payment or any compensation therefor by the charitable organization.
