RSA 287-F:17 State Tax Exemption.

Title: XXIV - GAMES, AMUSEMENTS, AND ATHLETIC EXHIBITIONS Chapter: 287-F - TRI-STATE LOTTO COMPACT
The prizes received pursuant to this compact shall be exempt from all state, county, municipal and local taxes within the party state.
