RSA 293-A:1.35 Assessment and Collection of Annual Fees.

Title: XXVII - CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS, AND PROPRIETORS OF COMMON LANDS Chapter: 293-A - NEW HAMPSHIRE BUSINESS CORPORATION ACT
It shall be the duty of the secretary of state to collect all filing fees and penalties imposed by, or assessed in accordance with, this chapter.
