Title: XXVII - CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS, AND PROPRIETORS OF COMMON LANDS
Chapter: 293-A - NEW HAMPSHIRE BUSINESS CORPORATION ACT
(a) [Repealed.]
(b) The state treasurer shall pay the expenses of administering this chapter, RSA 382-A:9, and other information technology costs of the secretary of state out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated until the fees collected pursuant to RSA 293-A:1.22(a), RSA 382-A:9, and other information technology services have been received by him or her. Thereafter he or she shall pay the expenses of administering this chapter, RSA 382-A:9, and other information technology costs of the secretary of state out of the fees collected under RSA 293-A:1.22(a) and RSA 382-A:9-525 and shall reimburse the treasury for previous expenses paid by him or her. The governor is authorized to draw his warrant for the sums authorized by this section out of any money in the t
