RSA 293-A:7.47 Applicability to Foreign Corporations.

Title: XXVII - CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS, AND PROPRIETORS OF COMMON LANDS Chapter: 293-A - NEW HAMPSHIRE BUSINESS CORPORATION ACT
In any derivative proceeding in the right of a foreign corporation, the matters covered by this subdivision shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation of the foreign corporation except for RSA 293-A:7.43, RSA 293-A:7.45, and RSA 293-A:7.46.
