RSA 296:24 Unpaid Assessments.

Title: XXVII - CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS, AND PROPRIETORS OF COMMON LANDS Chapter: 296 - DIVIDEND-PAYING CORPORATIONS
No person shall vote on any shares until all assessments which have been ordered and have become due and payable thereon have been fully paid.
