RSA 3:9-b Penalty.

Title: I - THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT Chapter: 3 - STATE EMBLEMS, FLAG, ETC.
Whoever violates the provisions of RSA 3:9-a shall be guilty of a misdemeanor if a natural person, or guilty of a felony if any other person.
