RSA 303:25 Penalty for Violating Provisions as to Records.

Title: XXVII - CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS, AND PROPRIETORS OF COMMON LANDS Chapter: 303 - PROPRIETORS OF COMMON LANDS
If any person shall wilfully retain or keep any records or documents appertaining to the propriety of any common and undivided lands, contrary to the provisions of RSA 303:21 through 24, he shall be fined $100.
