RSA 304-A:48 Change of Name; Change of Information.

When a registered limited liability partnership wishes to change its name or a foreign registered limited liability partnership changes its name, it shall file with the secretary of state a notice of change of name. A registered limited liability partnership or foreign registered limited liability partnership may file with the secretary of state a notice of change with respect to any other information contained in its registration. Any notice of change of name or information shall specify the name under which the registered limited liability partnership or foreign registered limited liability partnership was originally registered, the date of its original registration, and the new name or new information.
