RSA 304-C:59 Resolution of Disputes About the Status of Persons as Members.

Any dispute as to whether a person was or is or will be entitled to become a member of a limited liability company and as to when the person was admitted or will be entitled to be admitted as a member shall be resolved in a proceeding in the superior court.
