Title: XXX - OCCUPATIONS AND PROFESSIONS Chapter: 309-B - NEW HAMPSHIRE ACCOUNTANCY ACT

II. Any person who knowingly violates any provision of RSA 309-B:14 shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
