Title: XXX - OCCUPATIONS AND PROFESSIONSChapter: 310-A - OFFICE OF PROFESSIONAL LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATION
Beginning January 1, 2010, no person shall practice as a home inspector or conduct home inspections in this state without a home inspector's license issued by the board under this subdivision.
