Applications for licensure shall contain statements made under oath, showing the applicant's education and detailed summary of the applicant's technical work, and shall contain not less than 5 references, of whom 3 shall be land surveyors having personal knowledge of the applicant's land surveying experience. All applications shall be accompanied by a fee established by the office.
