RSA 318-B:28-a Annulments of Criminal Records.

Title: XXX - OCCUPATIONS AND PROFESSIONS Chapter: 318-B - CONTROLLED DRUG ACT
No court shall order an annulment, pursuant to RSA 651:5 or any other provision of law, of any record of conviction for a felony under RSA 318-B until 7 years after the date of conviction.
