RSA 325:29 Apprentice Licenses.

Title: XXX - OCCUPATIONS AND PROFESSIONS Chapter: 325 - EMBALMERS AND FUNERAL DIRECTORS

No person shall assist in the embalming of dead human bodies for burial or cremation in any manner unless the person holds a license as an apprentice.
