RSA 326-B:44 Certified Midwifery Not the Practice of Nursing.

Title: XXX - OCCUPATIONS AND PROFESSIONS Chapter: 326-B - NURSE PRACTICE ACT

Midwives certified under RSA 326-D, and practicing midwifery as defined by RSA 326-D:2, V, shall not be construed as practicing nursing.
