RSA 33:4 Debt Limit, Counties.

Title: III - TOWNS, CITIES, VILLAGE DISTRICTS, AND UNINCORPORATED PLACES Chapter: 33 - MUNICIPAL FINANCE ACT
Counties shall not incur net indebtedness to an amount, at any one time outstanding, exceeding 2 percent of the last assessed valuation thereof.
