RSA 332-B:7-a Rulemaking Authority.

The board shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to:

II. The qualifications of applicants in addition to those requirements set by statute;
III. [Repealed.]
IV. How an applicant shall be examined, including:
(a) [Repealed.]
(b) The subjects to be tested;
(c) Passing grade; and
(d) Disposition of examination papers;
V. Conditions for license renewal;
VI. Ethical standards required to be met by each holder of any license issued under this chapter and how such license may be revoked for violation of these standards;

X. The training and scope of activity for non-veterinarians employed under the direction and responsibility of a
