RSA 349:2 Withdrawal or Addition of Partner; Discontinuance of Business.

Whenever any member of such partnership or association withdraws therefrom, the partnership or association shall, within 10 days, file in the office of the secretary of state a certificate signed by all members, including the withdrawing member, setting forth the fact of such withdrawal, together with the date thereof.
