RSA 365:17 Perjury.

Title: XXXIV - PUBLIC UTILITIES Chapter: 365 - COMPLAINTS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AND PROCEEDINGS BEFORE THE COMMISSION

No person so testifying shall be exempt from prosecution or punishment for any perjury committed by him in his testimony.
