RSA 374-E:1 Title.

Title: XXXIV - PUBLIC UTILITIES Chapter: 374-E - NEW HAMPSHIRE MUNICIPAL BOND BANK-SMALL SCALE POWER FACILITY DIVISION

This chapter shall be known as the "New Hampshire Municipal Bond Bank Small Scale Power Facility Act."
