Chapter: 383-A - BANK AND CREDIT UNION REGULATORY AND ENFORCEMENT
(a) A state bank or credit union shall provide the commissioner with a copy of all reports filed with any other regulatory authority at the time the report is filed.
(b) A state bank or credit union shall file with the commissioner notice of the filing of reports required by the Federal Reserve Board's Regulation H, 12 C.F.R. section 208.62, of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation's regulations, 12 C.F.R. section 353.1 et seq., the Department of the Treasury, Financial Crimes Enforcement Network's regulations, 31 C.F.R. chapter X, and the National Credit Union Administration's regulations, 12 C.F.R. section 748, as may be amended from time to time.
