A mutual bank that has adopted a plan of reorganization in accordance with RSA 383-B:6-611 shall apply to the commissioner for approval under RSA 383-A:6-602. The depository bank may complete the reorganization if it is permitted to do so by the commissioner under RSA 383-A:6-604.
