Title: III - TOWNS, CITIES, VILLAGE DISTRICTS, AND UNINCORPORATED PLACESChapter: 40 - GOVERNMENT OF TOWN MEETING
In this subdivision "local political subdivision" means any local political subdivision of the state whose legislative body raises and appropriates funds through an annual meeting.
