Title: XXXVII - INSURANCEChapter: 417-A - REFUSAL TO ISSUE, CANCELLATION AND REFUSAL TO RENEW AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE
No insurer shall refuse to renew a policy of automobile insurance previously issued to an individual solely because such individual has no other policy of insurance with said insurer.
