Title: XL - AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRYChapter: 428 - POULTRY AND POULTRY PRODUCTS
No licensee shall transport live poultry for food purposes without a permit from the department of agriculture, markets, and food which shall designate the vehicle used for such transportation.
