RSA 430:8 Interpretation.

Title: XL - AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY Chapter: 430 - INSECT PESTS AND PLANT DISEASES
Nothing in the subdivision shall be construed to affect the provisions of RSA 227-K relating to the control of forest insect and disease infestations.
