RSA 438:33 Furnace and Stove Oil.

I. All distillate heating oil sold at retail shall be sold by liquid measure or by net weight in accordance with the provisions of RSA 438:20.
II. In the case of each delivery of such liquid fuel not in package form and in an amount greater than 100 gallons in the case of sale by liquid measure, or 100 pounds in the case of sale by weight, there shall be rendered to the purchaser at the time of delivery, or as otherwise specified by the customer, a printed delivery ticket which shall clearly state the following:
(a) The date the product was delivered.
(b) The name and address of the vendor, including the street, city, state, and zip code.
(c) The name and address of the purchaser.
(d) The type of product being delivered.
