Title: XLVI - LOST PROPERTY; STRAYS Chapter: 471-D - DISPOSAL OF UNCLAIMED PROPERTY BY REPAIR BUSINESSES
In this chapter "owner" means a person having a legal or equitable interest in property subject to this chapter or his legal representative.
