Title: XLVIII - CONVEYANCES AND MORTGAGES OF REALTY Chapter: 479 - MORTGAGES OF REALTY
A copy of such decree, recorded in the registry of deeds for the county in which the lands lie, shall have the same effect as a release duly executed by the mortgagee.
