RSA 479:17 Limitation of Action.

Title: XLVIII - CONVEYANCES AND MORTGAGES OF REALTY Chapter: 479 - MORTGAGES OF REALTY
No such petition shall be heard unless the same shall be entered in court within one year after such payment, performance, tender, refusal or neglect.
