Title: L - WATER MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTIONChapter: 485 - NEW HAMPSHIRE SAFE DRINKING WATER ACT
Any person violating rules adopted pursuant to RSA 485:24 or 25 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor if a natural person, or guilty of a felony if any other person.
