Title: L - WATER MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTIONChapter: 485 - NEW HAMPSHIRE SAFE DRINKING WATER ACT
Whoever violates any provision of RSA 485:37 or RSA 485:38 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor if a natural person, or guilty of a felony if any other person.
