Title: L - WATER MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION Chapter: 487 - CONTROL OF MARINE POLLUTION AND AQUATIC GROWTH
No person shall knowingly launch into the fresh waters of the state any boat which is not equipped in compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
