RSA 508-B:3 Statute of Limitations Tolled by Failure to Provide Notice.

Title: LII - ACTIONS, PROCESS, AND SERVICE OF PROCESS Chapter: 508-B - PROCEDURE FOR ADVANCE PAYMENT ON CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES FOR BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE
Failure to provide the written notice required by RSA 508-B:2 shall operate to toll the applicable statute of limitations from the time of such advance or partial payment until such written notice is actually given.
