RSA 527:7 Scire Facias.

Title: LIV - EXECUTIONS, LEVIES, BAIL, AND THE RELIEF OF POOR DEBTORS Chapter: 527 - EXECUTIONS
The court may award execution on any judgment after the expiration of said two years, upon scire facias for the amount then due.
