RSA 551:17 Donatio Causa Mortis.

Title: LVI - PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES Chapter: 551 - WILLS
No gift in expectation of death, often called donatio causa mortis, shall be valid, unless the actual delivery of the property to the donee shall be proved by two indifferent witnesses, upon petition of the donee to the judge to establish such gift, filed within sixty days after the decease of the donor.
