RSA 560:22 Medical Records of Deceased Spouse or Next of Kin.

Title: LVI - PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES Chapter: 560 - RIGHTS OF SURVIVING SPOUSE
Where there is no estate administration, the surviving spouse or next of kin of the deceased may obtain the medical records of the deceased as provided in RSA 332-I:13.
