Title: LVI - PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATESChapter: 563-D - UNIFORM REAL PROPERTY TRANSFER ON DEATH ACT
A transfer on death deed is effective without:
I. Notice or delivery to or acceptance by the designated beneficiary during the transferor's life; or
II. Consideration.
