Title: LVI - PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATESChapter: 564-F - NEW HAMPSHIRE FOUNDATION ACT
(a) Each foreign foundation shall continuously maintain a registered agent in this state.
(b) A registered agent may be any of the persons described in RSA 564-F:5-501(b).
