RSA 655:24 Oath on Petition "Prima Facie" Evidence of Party Membership.

Title: LXIII - ELECTIONS Chapter: 655 - NOMINATIONS
The oath of a voter upon a primary petition shall be prima facie evidence that he is a member of the party stated therein.
