Title: LXIII - ELECTIONSChapter: 661 - VACANCIES AMONG PUBLIC OFFICERS ELECTED AT STATE ELECTIONS
A person appointed or elected to fill a vacancy in a public office shall meet the qualifications of the office as provided in RSA 655:3-10 at the time of his election or appointment.
